Bournemouth maintained their 100% Europa League record as goals from Justin Kluivert, Marcus Tavernier, and Amine Adli sank AC Milan after Mike Maignan's red card.
AFC Bournemouth earned a dominant 3–0 victory over AC Milan at the Vitality Stadium on October 22, 2026, preserving their perfect winning record on matchday 3 of the UEFA Europa League. Justin Kluivert opened the scoring for the hosts from the penalty spot in the 8th minute after a VAR review judged Koni De Winter to have committed a handball inside the box.
The match took a dramatic turn in the 28th minute when AC Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan was shown a straight red card for shoving Tyler Adams in the face during a corner kick dispute. Marcus Tavernier converted the subsequent 32nd-minute penalty against substitute keeper Lorenzo Torriani to double the lead, before Amine Adli rounded off the scoring with an 84th-minute free kick to complete the emphatic win.
