Pressure Mounts on Carrick and De Zerbi as Manchester United Host Tottenham
Michael Carrick's Manchester United host Roberto De Zerbi's winless Tottenham Hotspur in a crucial Matchweek 6 Premier League clash.
Manchester United host Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford on Saturday, October 10, in a crucial Matchweek 6 Premier League fixture for both sides. Manchester United head coach Michael Carrick has guided his team to just five points from their opening five matches. This performance matches United's joint-worst start at this stage in the post-Sir Alex Ferguson era.
On the opposing side, Roberto De Zerbi's Tottenham Hotspur team remain winless in their opening five Premier League games, placing both managers under intense pressure. A defeat for either club would deepen early-season concerns, with Tottenham desperate to avoid failing to win any of their opening six league matches for just the fourth time in club history.
